Our personal trainers are all REP accredited; they have been trained in anatomy, physiology and nutrition, and all hold or are studying towards a degree in a sports-related field. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

John’s goal as a Personal Trainer is to continually enhance the lifestyle and knowledge of his clients with the goal to aid them in their journey to a healthier lifestyle and to reach their goals.
He began his journey of helping clients make positive changes to their lifestyle in Liverpool, and now he has moved his business to Sheffield. As a fully qualified, REPS-Certified Personal Trainer and BSc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Science graduate, he firmly believes in the positive benefits fitness brings to all areas of our lives.
