Our Platinum Package is our most purchased package and comprises of 30 one-hour one-to-one personal training sessions at £37.50 per session with a bespoke training programme and full nutritional guidance.

Our comprehensive program includes 3 personal training sessions per week, a gym membership, full nutrition support, and access to our training app. For a full year.
